I like what you said-that small businesses can get more customers by broadening their scope, but you recommend that they do so by familiarizing themselves online marketing techniques.

Let me add to that the fact that with so many brands wearing the “we are all things to all people” mantle, it wouldn’t hurt businesses to do the exact opposite by picking a narrow niche. And as you have said that in combination with online marketing can pack a mighty punch.

Sure, I’ll agree with that and I’ve noticed too that many times the unexpected events that can happen when starting a business lead to new ideas and even ways of making more money or serving your customers, visitors or clients in more ways.
