How do I increase my gratitude?

I Have tried about a million exercises to stay intentional in a positive mindset and on track, but for some reason 3 or 4 days down the road you hanging out with the old rutted up you again? Here is a  10 second exercise that can easily become a daily habit for you and this is key.

Why Habits Work.

You see habit are easy and because they are easy, they work.  It’s not that we are lazy, just creatures of habit.  If you really want to change things in your daily experience of life, change you habits, not your thinking.  Let your habits do the work, they will change you thinking. Manifesting the ideal life on one hand sounds arrogant almost but we have the tools today.

Simple exercise for increasing gratitude.

Here is my wee morning coffee exercise: I like coffee. When I’m making my coffee in the morning I say to myself and sometimes out loud, “I really enjoy a fresh cup of coffee in the morning”. This sounds almost goofy…. Try it!

If increasing gratitude, becoming more grateful, is something your ready to be on top of once and for all, I recommend trying this program. It is very inexpensive and offers some simple ideas that really do work. Let us know how you make out.

By forming a habit of speaking to the things you enjoy, the things you enjoy will expand, the things you despise will wilt away for lack of watering with feeling filled simplistic statements of ” I enjoy”.

Thanks for the insight Dave. I agree life is that good or bad, it comes down to self awareness and personal growth doesn’t it.

When I say “I really enjoy” it makes me smile and it makes me laugh and that makes me enjoy what ever I am enjoying even more. I love this exercise. It works and I really enjoy the way that I continue to attract these types of things to me.

What you are saying may sound odd, but it does work.

I just keep in mind “what you send out comes back multiplied”.

You can never give away more than you get back. With that thought, I try to give out a lot of gratitude so that I get a lot back.

Life is as good as I allow it to be.
