I like to make money online using a couple simple concepts, they aren’t secret “systems or anything like that.  I’m a one man show. I’ve owned a full fledged comany and had all the expenses, risks and head aches, been there, done that, and got the T-shirt. These are two easy web business concepts that thousands of people use across the globe and you can too.  When I put $50 Bucks in the headline, I meant it. ( could even be free)

The site your one right at this minute is free. Yep 100% free, I do pay for hosting though, and you can get  a great deal on that! I pay like, $6.95 per month in hosting.  That is the ONLY expense for this blog…Period!

This post is about two ideas, you already have one of them. Here are a couple resources to get started or do more research.

Real Estate- People who know nothing about it buy it, thinking they are investing. Right?

This is the simplest way to communicate the utter “silliness” of  people not “getting” the information age, and why you should take action today!!

Here goes: In order to create passive income in real estate you could buy 5 houses for $100,000 each, and rent them for $600 per month. This would net around $3,000 in passive income every month. (not really passive and you’d have to wait 20 years to pay down mortgage, but people DO this??WTF)

Now, Information age…You create an ebook (learn how below) that solves a relevant problem, save someone money or significant time. Sell the book for $50 bucks.

If you passively (through a blog) sell two of these e-books per day, you would have $3,000 per month in passive income!

Get it?

Making an E-book is much easier than buying a house.
